There are 4 open Paypal Disputes for your transactions and the money is currently on hold, I cannot do anything until the paypal disputes are resolved. The person who owns the Paypal account needs to withdraw the disputes or we must wait for Paypal's decision to see if they are going to refund the money to the buyer or if they will release the money back to us. Are you able to contact the owner of the Paypal account to get them to withdraw the disputes?
