To start off, I like playing Corsairs and I don't mind how the battleship mechanics function. However, for bosses with 2 runs such as Papu, Zakum and Krex, when my battleship takes damage over the course of the first boss, there's no way for me to reset my battleship's HP for the 2nd boss other than going to mobs and letting them damage me until my ship dies. What I'm hoping can be added is a way for Corsairs to manually 'kill' the battleship and initiate that 90-second cooldown to reset my battleship's hp, so that I will be able to have a full hp battleship in time for the following boss runs. An alternative solution would be to have the battleship automatically reset it's hp if not in use for more than 90-seconds (it's normal cd time if it is killed). I don't believe either proposed solution would lead to abuse, I would just like QoL way to reset my battleship's hp in between boss runs.
This isn’t an ideal solution, as relogging would cancel any buffs you had from the previous run, such as Echo or an Energizer. It would also be a time waster in areas such as zakum, as you would have to go back to town and ask for a door from your party’s bishop.
Use stoppers and get the 2nd echo For zakum, you can just enter the 1st stage prequest and relog to spawn right next to the Zakum entrance. But ofc, the ideal solution is to let the battleship refresh its hp when you change channels.
