I discovered that Himes around lvl 86 and up is really awesome if you have ice charge. Just stand somewhere and spam ice slash blast freezing them whenever they come close. They will run into you about as fast as you can kill them. That way you have a constant mob in front of you for maximum slash blast efficiency. This was crazy fast through the upper 80s an 90s, but plateaued after 100 if i recall correctly.
Paladins! Check out this awesome video sent to me by Erara, lvl 17x Paladin. Never seen a pally do this before but it seems very efficient for arms. She is also using Skull which means she doesnt have the extra range that 2h sword gives! Ty Erara, do not know your forum ign! @Ayane check this out
ToT at 100-120 is kinda ok i guess. I played solo most of the time, and i got like 5-8% per 10 min (depends on map and level). I suggest focusing on RoM5 and RoR5, since the respawn rate and the mobs density seems quite high. Ice charge at memory section will save you a lot of hp pots - so be ready so get quite a lot of pots at the regrets section. If you can - join a party and grind together
Thank you for your input. As for me, I pushed with a team to obv 3 at around lvl 125? At obv4, at lvl 128, I was averaging a level per 40-45 minutes with HS. However, this is my 2nd pally and I became very experienced with those maps.
Added this badboy. Credits to Ilyssia for making this <3 Can't seem to add the picture in the guide for some reason
@Haplopelma Hey, thanks for the guide, lots of help. You should add the elemental weakness list for bosses that tim had posted here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/4th-job-skill-changes.135025/#post-779636
Do any of you oldie pallies remember what happened to threaten working on bosses? https://royals.ms/forum/threads/new-source-faq-information.89383/ (check under skill changes, note that ice charge was buffed in later patches to 130% together with fire and lightning).
I think Achilles/Guardian> Rush Rush isn't very useful to max, it starts at 80% range at lvl 1 then 85% at lvl 4 and I think 90% at lvl 8. I got it to lvl 8 and stopped leveling it, the range difference is pretty minor. Now Achilles is a pretty reliable skill, it makes you take less damage which helps you survive high damage bosses like toad, bg and auf. Even with HB when I had 30k HP I still died a few times in BG's last body and Toad due to autopot failing and staying at only around 14-15k HP or so. With Achilles I can just tank the hits and not die. It's also really useful in sed cause when you get 1/1 you'd stay with 4k hp left instead of 1 HP and it will be a lot easier to survive Guardian is also pretty good, it makes you dodge hits which cause you to fall less and do more DPS and it also knocks back enemies which is great at pinning bosses and especially in auf. The only problem with it is that it needs a shield so if you use 2h like stonetooth it's useless, but if you use something like crushed skull you should probably level it first before the others.
ye i agree. defensive skills shld come 1st typically i wld tell ppl to add 1 point to achilles 1st (for all warriors). helps with 1/1 since u'll be left with ~20-50hp n wont die instantly from touch for the zak summons (activates ur auto pot instead ) with guardian, honestly its basically a nerfed shadow shifter for the one handeds. helps when u do sed in ht esp if bs dies/dcs. think some ppl dont like how it pushes the mobs randomly, but i always found it to be more better to hv it save ur char from dying than a couple of bosses which some ppl dont even do (like me lol) getting pushed in the opposite direction u want it. i rmb seeing someone sed into tail b4, a blue flash of light shone n they came back just fine (1H hero tho) rush 1 is honestly enough for most bosses (not too sure bout grinding tho)
