    Last thing you did: getting 200 blue snail shell
    Why do you think you got banned?:I guess I was banned for harassment a few days because I received a message saying I banned for harassment, so I waited after the message deadline. But after the deadline has passed, I am unable to login my characters using my desktop pc but I can log in with my laptop
    Ban message when attempting to log in: when i log in to the character i put my pic and wait for a few secs but after like 10 secs i get dc and the msg i get is "unable to connect to the game server ,please try again later."
    What GM banned you (optional):
    p.s :I have tried I have the latest client installed on my pc, login using different characters and I was able login with my pc last week. I suspect my pc might still be mac ban.

    Are you still unable to login? If not could you please try restarting your router and computer as your ban has expired on our end.

    yes i have more charcters but i cant log in into them
    but i can log in, in any character i want in my laptop

    On our end you don't seem to be mac banned. Could you try using another type of connection such as mobile data to connect?

    like i said, i can log in into the accounts from my laptops like normal but my PC get dc after I'm putting the pic, so i cant use mobile data to connect from laptop i can do it from laptop but its doesn't help cuz i can log in from that

    You aren't banned at all on our end so the only thing I would suggest is for you to make a thread in technical help if you are still experiencing login issues.

    hey jhonny, still cant login mapleroyals from my desktop PC , i can log to my banned character from my laptop.
    **character banned: YeiedRa , i gave you my mapleID yesterday srry for that.
