1. IGN: HiToMan (He is a lvl 149 Hero as of now) 2. REASON: Looted NX from my solo bossing 3. DETAILS: As I killed Dodo in Memory Lane, channel 19, he had waited for me to be done with boss and came up to loot 250 and 5k nx cards. CCed instantly without saying anything. I have no screenshot whatsoever since he only stole NX, not really sure what I cold screenshot but this happened roughly 10 minutes ago. I could only take a picture of his char info from my phone as he, from some reason, came back to channel 19 to stand there and DC instantly. Requesting a community blacklist.

Did you kill dodo all the way from 100% HP or was it damaged when you found it? Did you wait for a while after the NX dropped? Normally, only the character that dealt the most damage to the mob/area bosses (except raid bosses) has loot priority and others won't be able to loot it for a while unless they are in the same party with you.
As I said, I killed Dodo all the way from 100%hp to 0, HiToMaN wasn't even in the channel at the beginning. He came at the very last seconds before Dodo died. I saw him just before, surfing channels to kill Dodo so that's probably why he came to my channel. I did not wait at all for taking loot; When Dodo dropped NX, my pet hasn't looted the NX for some reason (I initially thought I had no room) , so right when he died I've opened ETC and dropped two things for some room. HiToMaN was at the floor below, killing the other Guardian mobs, and just when I was clearing my ETC he jumped up, immidiatelu looted Dodo and ran away. In short - timeline between Dodo dropping loot and HiToMaN looting NX was no more than 10 seconds after Dodo died. EDIT: I know he couldn't have looted so fast! That's why it was weird and afterwards I suggested you to check if he had some third oarty programs that helped him loot after 10 seconds!
I just went to test the time it takes before one can steal the loot of other people's kill and it was exactly 15 sec. I think you might have taken a bit too long to clear the etc inventory :/.
I swear it did not take me more than 10 seconds to press "I", throw sunshine and try to pick up loot, especially when I get nervous over another guy in the channel. Anyways, even if he hadn't hacked that's damn inappropriate to steal loot when you see a player trying to clear inventory to collect loot. I do not see a reason HiToMaN should not be blacklisted over this.
