no i dont have any others that i remember but i'm abroad for work so i'm playing from hotel maybe the ip is blocked or something but if i purchase a VPN i would be able to play since my account is not banned that you can see, right?

 

Yes, you should be able to connect if you use a VPN.
If you still can not, reply here and I will open a PM with you for the IP and MAC you are using and try to help further.
