You should report the character for hate speech in the "Report Abuse" section of forums because it falls under hate speech. Even though a report is just taking care of a single person, rather than racism on the server as a whole, over time it'll significantly help weed toxic people out of our community.

1. Hate Speech - The act of transmitting any sort of content or acting out any scenario which could be perceived as derogatory or otherwise prejudiced towards any group of people based on their race, sex, gender, life choices, or any other division. Punishment: First offense - 3 day ban, Second offense - 7 day ban, Third offense - Permanent ban.
