You are correct, your account was hacked due to your poor security and the poor security of another website or server you used the same credentials on. Can you please use our control panel to reset your password, pin and pic? Let me know once you've done so.
I reset my password and set to reset my PIN and PIC but it says i need to log in to properly reset them on the control panel.
