    Not Bug Players that are too far away to be on the minimap can't hear you in allchat.

    i think hes saying that its a server sided optimization. i believe this would also prevent mapwide mobvacs and things like that

    ok i just logged in and used an AP reset to test, i was able to reset another point out of MP into HP: [IMG] but now it seems i have... less than...

    really? i was able to do this. im not sure if it was pre-halloween or not but i reset a point out of a regular stat and put it into hp, then reset...
