is there any quick fix we can do now so we can log in?
I also am having the same issue. I just made my character and when I go to log into him I get the error "Trouble logging in."
I get to the Character selection screen and when I attempt to log into him I get the message "Trouble connecting to server" and the program closes.
I am able to log in from my home device now, but it seems to be crashing when I attempt to login on my character. Ill give it another go and let...

I contacted them again today, I was told the same thing I mentioned to you in the last post.
They said there was no way to do that unless I upgrade or cancel and resubscribe for my service. Getting the IP changed directly from the provider...
I've tried that, it doesn't work because although its dynamic I am assigned the same one until there is a upgrade/change in the service plan....
I'm assuming what you're getting at is I may have a recycled IP that was banned previously.
