Yeah lower the drop rate of helmet would be okay too , I don't think the 3 stats between Scarlion/Targa helmet would make it OP and unbalanced .
Because this server are way more better than others? The rates , the community , and I said I'm just asking .

For my own opinion , I think if this server add the map Singapore / Malaysia as well as the boss Scarlion / Targa it will be more fun in here !...
