UPDATE: Was able to complete a 2 hour long HT run without any noticeable packet loss. Not sure what the devs did but for now seems like issue is...

Caught a dc while monitoring network status. Looked identical to the snapshot provided above except it had been running for 10 min at the time....

This is actually a graphics card driver issue and not a monitor one. Try updating your graphics card drivers. Fixed the issue for me.
