Title says it all, how godly of gear is required and is it even possible for a dexless ST hero?

well what i meant was would it be better to just go low dex and not try for a ST, or add dex and attempt to get enough for one
I'm a lvl 101 sader with 30 base dex. I am currently able to lower my dex to around 10/15 while still being able to not miss. Would this be wise...
