The second only had an uninstall option but repaired first and third to "setup successful" or something like that. I then installed and no luck....
I actually found that one earlier, and I tried to DL them again anyway (already had identical files from before but opened the new ones anyways...
That gave me the same file actually and didn't work. I was investigating how to see what I might have installed and found this:...
"The .NET Framework 4.8 is not supported on this operating system." I'm on 64bit Windows 7 Ultimate.
