    Triple Throw's attack is the same as Lucky Seven?

    I know lucky seven is calculated by luk*5*wat*150%/100(lvl.20),but how about triple throw?Is is the same as luk*5*wat*150%/100(lvl.30)?

    I saw that SI couldnt increase the speed of magican?But how about weapon speed?Will it affect? I remember F/P uses Evil Wings in 3rd job because...
