After I dropped them a few players asked me for some mesos, I did give a few select players mesos(The newer players that I thought could use a little help). My friend then asked me for some mesos(She was well off so I replied no) Then she asked me why not and I replied "BLACK SANTA" (sarcastically of course). then she replied "u r racist" and I said "I'm not racist I hate every race equally"(In a good hearted joking manner) then I was disconnected and temporarily banned for "harrassment" for three days. She was my friend and we were just joking around I didn't say racist remarks/slurs I hardly even implied any racism. And I especially did not mean to offend anyone, Being banned for what I said is preposterous and being considered racist because of it is literally laughable So I'm asking for the ban to be lifted, I will be sure to say less offensive jokes in the future. Thank you.

Oh I didn't realize, Well In this case Katana and I were not the only ones saying such jokes in megaphones, there were about 5-7 of us making these types of jokes, Mine had no vulgar words, and Hardly implied anything whatsoever. I was just trying to be a part of the community by making a simple joke among my peers. I also believe CopyLeft smega'd something "innapropriate" according to this servers standards, Do you not find it odd he gave almost no context to his screen shot? Regardless I can understand how what I said can be seen as offensive so I'm not asking for the ban to be diminished But I would like to ask for a lesser ban length, 7 days for a one line joke that isn't detailed in the slightest seems a bit steep no? If I reported everything that can be considered even slightly offensive half of the community would be on the ban list.
This was your second offense, hence the 7 day ban. Your first ban was 3 days. Regardless of what anyone else said, what you said was certainly against the rules and this was something discussed amongst the staff as a group. In cases like this where a statement or action may tip toe on the line of legal/not legal, we try to get a couple of GMs together to discuss the situation and determine the action that should/should not be taken. In this case, the staff felt this was a bannable SMEGA.
