seems like you all got caught up in the ban of someone that was also using the same VPN as you guys. ultimately you're responsible for the connection that you use to play the game. You will have to find a different solution to playing since this IP will remain blocked. Once you found a different way to play let me know so I can detach you from that IP and unban you. I suggest you dont use public VPNs anymore though.
While I dont mind helping you guys out for this ban that affected you all I don't plan on unbanning you every time someone gets banned on the same public VPN that you use. Ultimately you're responsible for the connection you play from as well so as I suggested find a different way (paid/personalized VPN subscriptions or your regular internet) to connect to the game because anyone with malicious intentions can ruin your mapleroyals experience by using the same public VPN IP. For now you've been unbanned.
