0 atk fs worth anything?

If I use a cs on a 0 atk fs or pgc, would it have a chance to get more atk?

No. A cs only increases or decreases an existing stats. It cant make stats appear like regular scrolls.

0 att fs/pink capes dont have any value. I however think pink capes look super awesome, so i sometimes wear a pac on my bishop.
