Closed (1) 'Rush' Skill not working, (2)'auto-hp'

    Problem: (1) 'Rush' Skill not working, (2)'auto-hp'
    Details: (1) pressing the assigned hotkey won't activate the skill. even clicking on it in the skills tab won't as well. (2) even after reaching the set hp, auto-hp doesn't work.

    Try performing a clean boot on your computer, it should fix both the issues.
