Closed 10th anni hat cant be traded or dropped

    Problem: Title says it all but i can't trade or drop the anniversary hat item i recieved.
    Details: The hat won't drop period and if i try trade it goes into the trade menu and accepts but comes up with "Trade unsuccessful" at the end and is returned to my inventory.
