Just want to get these in quick before a server check: General: -Thank you for adding the event NPC to Korean Folk Town which has always been neglected in the past. As others have mentioned, the NPC is missing from Ariant and Magatia which seems to be an oversight. -Please remove the speed restrictions in the new event hub and/or add a warp from extreme left to extreme right. Very annoying when we get sent far left after leaving cake boss and need to claim the prize or re-enter (e.g. entering a low HP cake and leaving). Sometimes I'm jumping towards the right inch-by-inch on one client to claim cake prize while in cake boss on another. -Tokens of Teamwork NX? After all this hype and everyone is party questing now... Tree PQ: -Thank you for reducing the candle and snail HPs to 2! I think the mage room faraway platform with the cakes seems nearer too, not sure about this though. Great change if I'm not remembering it incorrectly. Pink Bean PQ: - Please shorten the letter spawn interval, it's so strange to sit there for 10 seconds (?) with no spawn after the map gets wiped by a mage/dark knight - Final stage: consider shortening the middle platform where PB sits and extending the sides towards it or adding a warp between the two side platforms, PB can wander off and it can be hell to hit it with a class without Keen Eyes. Other than that it's very cute, the participation seems very low though (channel 1 waiting room is often deserted) so maybe it needs some more attractive rewards (not sure what...)
I wasn't here in 2022 so I'm not sure if this anniversary has taken from last year but I like the change from candles you convert to coins into now just coins. Simplifies things. Also, the Golden Zakum Helm has peaked some interest and even has me more receptive to participate in Zakum runs. Whoever was the one who pitched the idea and got it through, props to you. Now for some things I wanted to share feedback on: [-] @Ucchi Makes a good point on having the event npc in FM. I do like that you guys moved all of the Anniversary npcs to new room but you still have to resort to going to a specific npc in a certain town rather than just going to the FM. [-] Anniversary JQ should have a cooldown of just 6 hours and you can perform the JQ twice a day for a reward (and resets at reset). I made a feedback thread on this a very long time ago, requesting for a reduction of the cooldown between being able to get JQ rewards two times a day rather than only one. [-] If reducing JQ reward cooldown isn't implemented, then increase Coins from 30 -> 50 since players will only realistically do this once a day. [-] Fix Anniversary JQ small cake platforms. You shouldn't have to time yourself jumping off invisible ledges on the small platforms just to get to the next platform:
Please REDUCE the COST of 10th anniversary White Weapons Nx Cover from Inkwell from (3,000 coins each) to (1,500 coins or 1,000 coins each). 3,000 coins seem astronomically high in cost, most likely leading to casual players only being able to buy 1 for the entire event. I want to try to get every single white weapon nx cover since 10th anniversary is such a special event. I don't see why the white weapons must be so rare, many of us use RP/NX weapon covers anyway. In the alternative, stuff them in 10th anniversary box OR Golden Leaf.
To add to the above, with all bosses being in demand due to Olaf's new quest, coin hunting is harder than ever. Since the white ones are untradable anyway, it doesn't hurt to lower the cost especially since these items will probably never be obtainable again. On top of the weapons, there's also the 10th anniversary common set and effect (at least those are cheaper). Decided to add suggestions here regarding coins: - Increase coins from JQ. People only realistically do it once a day, it's hard for many of us to fit in 2 rounds 12 hours apart on weekdays. Maybe to 75 or 100. - Add coins to PBPQ. People are only running this for the rings (cosmetic) and participation is already shaky. It'll dry up soon.
I've been a fan of the elevated platforms in the Free Market. Feels better when afk'ing and also better in ch1 entrance when people are spamming/chalkboarding things. I suggest next Anniversary, take the elevated platform from Lounge and put into Free Market:
Alright, days have passed and I can confidently say this event is rough due to the untradable coins and untradable 10th white NX. I am of course assuming these items will not return, so some staff member please prove me wrong. I don't see the coins or white anniversary NX becoming tradable, so please add more means to get coins, or increase coin earnings from some tasks. Pink Bean PQ is right there, interest in it is already at rock bottom since it realistically has no rewards other than tokens or rings and a full set takes 20+min. Maybe I'll have to beg friends or buy service to finish my rings. JQ needs to give more coins. Gold leaf can give a small amount by default too. Also I swear last year's anniversary GM events gave coins. (Not that it matters because nearly all the recently-held GM events were the nasty sort where you'd often leave empty-handed) You need like 9-10k* coins for the complete white set + effect and gold pendant, per character. Exact numbers not with me now. I have 3 mains (for context, they're one of each mage) and it already feels rough. Some people here have 5-8+ characters. And before accusing me of laziness and demanding handouts, please read the spoiler. Spoiler During cake, after they've done their part, I rush one of my mains to a summon farming spot purely for extra coins while continuing cake on other accounts. I also solo the tree pq 3x so all my mains can get coins, then ellin bosses and pap alternating one summon farming and the other at the bosses. (Notice the summon farming for coins... how about other players who don't main mages?) 1-2x Rose Garden is slotted in between these other tasks. Have tried mage farming and the coins don't spawn that often. Someone confirm if ultis also have a reduced coin spawn rate please. (Again, what if other players don't multimage and their mains aren't mages?) And of course there's some area bosses I check for but there is serious competition (sorry to the guy who came in after I wiped 10 channels) and I can't waste too much time on them since the daily to-do list is so long. On one of my mains, the weakest one who can't solo bosses yet, I rushed an assassin mule to 30 (hope you people like his IGN... says it all really), and slapped on DEX equips to wear Meba to go to cake on it, to eventually buy some of the limited edition items and transfer them via cash shop. I don't have time on weekdays but I'll soon solo tree pq and do JQ on this mule as well when I can. I am wondering now if even that is not enough. I have lvl 30 mules on the other main accounts and I'm probably going to cake on them and solo PQ for the same reason. *If you want to get wand+staff on a mage for instance, that's even worse (13k I believe). But you can argue that's a me problem.
Idk if exist or if is possible to make 10th anniversary Shield but would be nice af.. And make the event npc in FM
Just a minor update about the upcoming server check https://royals.ms/forum/threads/server-check-09-06-23.219445/ Pink Bean's Feast will now reward 25 10th Anniversary Coins per completion (up to 3 times per day). Birthday Challenge will now reward 50 10th Anniversary Coins instead of 30. Birthday Challenge can be done every 6 hours instead of every 12 hours.
Bring back tradeable candles. At the end of the event, we collect 100+ coins remaining in each char, which cant trade for anything useful. Last last year, the candles could be consolidated to purchase one sweet item. Not sure what was the idea but people with less time would really love the tradeable candles.
