1h Hero Overall vs Top/Bot

Obviously ST users go top/bot, but is it better for 1h to go overall for the added strength? Or is accuracy going to be too much of an issues?

I'm not totally sure how big of an issue accuracy is in getting for a 4 base dex 1h hero

 

End have accuracy isn't a problem for 1h users because Zakum Helmet and Horntail Necklace makes up for it in spades. If you can find a really high clean Str overall and play your luck and hit 25-30 Str on the overall, you might be able to squeeze by a top/bottom combo. The reason why the top/bottom is more popular is because you're playing with the godly system twice rather than once which makes up for a lot of stat boosts.

 

So if I'm going to be putting 4b total on my top/bot combo or overall it'd probably just be better to go top/bot? Didn't think of the godly system x2 playing a roll thats a good point.

Lets say Im willing to go 4-5x 30%s on an overall and WS the rest, would that outweigh a top/bot combo? Although I'd really rather not have to deal with that..

 

I would go for overall. More +STR.

 

Accuracy-wise, it would be close but possible to use an overall. You need 166 acc for Horntail and 180 acc for Chief Oblivion Guardians. Not counting top/bottom/overall, I can see where you would get about 160 acc from scrolled gear and mastery. Unless your gear was significantly better that what I have listed below, you'd be reliant on sniper pills or bless. Keep in mind that 10 dex gives 8 acc, and that 10 luk gives 5 acc.

total acc = 77 + (70 * 0.8) + (52 * 0.5) = 77 + 56 + 26 = 160

Then you would have to weigh how much str you expect to get from the overall versus how much you would likely have from top/bottom. I'd say maybe ~35 str from top/bottom? Get a 10 str clean overall, land some 30%s, and you'd be well on your way to a 40+ str overall.

 

Problem is there arent any lvl 100 overalls to farm for warrior .... only good worth to scroll would be Blue Dragon Armor. And its only from Gachapon as far i know

 

ya...with no warrior overalls available and the difficulty to hit the high accuracy ranges for obvl/ht/pb idk if it would be worth it unless I plan on taking a crazzzyy amount of time to make one


damn thats disappointing. I was looking for something else to edge 1h over ST

 

level 80 overalls?

 

Didnt calculate i trough but i guess lvl 100 top bottom outplays lvl 80 overall (maybe if you whitescroll an overall they win) but in regular scrolling ways not worth i guess

 

even lv 80 overalls can go up to 10+ str. 10~11 str overalls are not that uncommon in fm either (if you play a female char you have it easier here).
If you can pass 4 30% scrolls and ws+60% the other 6 slots, (would cost about 4b, assuming you pay 5m per overall and 8m per 30%), you're already at 42+ str which exceeds what a godly scrolled top/bottom could give.
If you use 4b to scroll a godly top/bottom you're not gonna have as much str+, also because godly tops tend to be more expensive than overalls and 30% for top only add 3 str.

 

Well If you are going to 3 30% an overall then I guess you'd have to compare that to 3 30%-ing a top.

10-12 STR Top + 3-4 30% / 4 60% = 27-30 STR Top + 9 STR Bottom (unless I feel like chaosing it which is also a possibility)= 35-38 STR not including Chaos

Seems like going overall just isn't worth it really esp considering where youd have to farm the opveralls to get a 10+Str one AND land 3-4 30%s atleast
