IGN : Lozyn Problem: Lost 2~3 million of NX Details: I'm a long hiatus player and I still love playing the game so I was still voting for the game on and off even though I wasnt playing the game, hoping one day when I return I can afford to make a 30k HP NL. Today I just realized that my previous NX around 2 to 3 million is reset and currently sitting at just 30k NX? Was there a scheduled NX reset before or was there a bug on my account?
Regarding your concern, there isn't any NX reset Could you confirm the date range where you have voted to accumulate the 2 to 3m NX, and also your last login date before the hiatus?
Sorry, I dont think I can give or estimate the date range since that my chrome have a X month auto reset schedule, but last year 2020 I was AFK voting very actively, for every day at least, and I was seeing at least 1.5m~2m NX that year As well as the login date, I have already deleted the mapleroyals.exe(which should have the created date on my system to indicate my last login date), but if I have to guess, maybe May/June 2021 But I remember showing off a screenshot of my 1 or 2m NX on discord, if I can find that message on discord that I should have a date range but the discord was taken down because of DMCA I honestly dont have any source of data to check on my end here Sidenote: I also moved out for a house major revonation in April/2020 and changed my computer, but I dont think that was the reason that wiped out my NX

I am actively looking at and advocating for the resolution of each character issue. That is to say none are forgotten. Sorry for the long wait and inconvenience, but this process does require an admin's touch. There are no updates just yet.
We have not wiped any NX, if you recall seeing the 1-2M NX in your account and then continuing to vote after that, and then returning to find no NX, the only reasonable explanation is that your account was breached and the NX used by the hacker. As long as you ensure you have since updated your account credentials and are using a strong PIN and PIC, there should be no reason why it is not safe to continue voting. Unfortunately we are not able to refund NX caused by the account breach.
