Um hello, IGN: Charmainetan & IGN: Kesterchia Both accs have been banned for illegal funding/charging. ^ I don't uds why we're being banned, neither do we know the reason why. We didn't do anything that's against the rules. The last thing we did was to open our shops in FM as usual. Please look into this matter. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience caused. Um, i don't think we voted in less than 24 hours. 'Cos i've calculated the time when we should vote. Even if we forgot the timing, and vote within 24 hours, the website wouldn't let us vote. Probably i was voting too much? Cos i was basically voting almost everyday. P.S Just to clarify sth, using the same IP address to vote on two different accounts will result in ban?
There are 2 accounts associated with your MAC and IP address, they both show active (every day) voting in the last month. Which you are not allowed to do. You can't use the same IP to vote for different accounts, which is why you used a proxy or someone else's internet to do so.
Oh, so we're not supposed to vote every 24 hrs even if the website said we could? Ah, i see. 'Cos my boyfriend was away for work for weeks, so i helped him to vote using the same comp.. It was my negligence. But I have one small request to make. Can you shorten the ban till 20th of Feb? 'Cos my boyfriend will be back by then, and he will go off for work again in 2 days time, so we hope to spend some quality time in maple when we're at home. Yes you may vote once every 24 hours. You admittedly voted more than once. I understand that this was of good will to your boyfriend, however I cannot make exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your honesty. Hopefully there won't be any confusion about our rules in the future.
