Ok so my question is how the hell can i do 2nd class with pure int (hp wash) my rogue? And how the hell i can get help in 3rd lol Do i have only 1 way, and its to wait others to come and carry from the same class?
1. Get others to help OR make a mule lv 30 thief to help yourself. 2. Use onxy apple, scroll a low level claw, use amorian basket or other accuracy increasing potions for accuracy. For 3rd job, i'd kinda be the same thing as #2. Use apples .

pretty sure u can just do all 3 job advancements at 135 or whatever lvl u reset ur int as a thief (just dont be tat 1 idiot who picks bandit instead of assassin by accident ) n no, u are all alone for 3rd job
The thing about Lucky 7 is that it scales heavily based on luck, so for your 3rd job you might be able to pull it off with a zhelm+ luk scrolled bathrobe (scrolls are cheap), and a luck scrolled cape. For accuracy, using the amoria baskets should be sufficient. Coupled with stoppers you should be able to advance without too much difficulty.
