I got this eror sense i start playing the game but always after 4+- tries it worked but now it doesnt. i tried everysingle capibillty mode as admin for 10 times and more and made sure my drivers are up to date. now sadly, i am unable to play. plz help me. ty
Solutions for Error -2147024809 (The parameter is incorrect.) (1.0) Right click MapleRoyals.exe, then click on Properties. (1.1) Go to the Compatibility tab. (1.2) Press "Change settings for all users". (1.3) Check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 7. (1.4) Tick "Reduced color mode" and select 8-bit(256) color. (1.5) Tick "Run this program as an administrator" (1.6) Now run and see if it works. (proceed to step 2 if not working) (2) Close all Internet-usage apps (e.g Chrome/Skype); and run MapleRoyals.exe. (proceed to step 3 if not working) (3) Keep launching Mapleroyals.exe (sometimes it takes 2~3 tries of parameter error before it worked) (but if you launched 10 times and all 10 times had that error, then proceed to step 4) (4) Restart Windows. This time, when Windows had loaded, do not launch any internet-usage apps (Chrome/Skype etc) and straightaway launch the exe. Once MapleRoyals had loaded, you then may press ALT + ENTER and open chrome or any app as you desire.
