Probably a small bug but i was doing the quest, and after killing 999 mushrooms, it reset to 99, and i couldn't finish the quest. cheers
I don't know if this is the same thing or related, but back before the server wipe (probably in June last year), when I took the quest "Eliminate Monsters from the Site" to kill 200 Wooden Masks and 300 Rocky masks, I was grinding towards lvl 30 at the same time and killed over 1000 of one of them. IIRC, the counter reset to 0, and I had to forfeit and re-take the quest to get it to work. It may be that killing more than 999 of any monster for a quest causes the counter to reset.
Horny Mushroom Quest 999 count bugged Yesterday, my friend and I were both doing this quest where we have to kill 999 horny mushrooms, but when we killed over 999, instead of stopping at 999, the counter went over, but displayed as 102/999 instead of 1020. Now We cannot complete the quest. We talked to Marty about this.
