Closed 2nd Account blocked?

    IGN 2nd Account: AmbaxHS (one of the Characters)
    Problem: Lost 2nd Account
    Details: I am back after a 4 year break and now i can only play with my main Account.
    If i try to log in with my 2nd Account it says the Account is deleted or blocked! oO
    Isn't it allowed anymore to make more then 1 Account?
