The 'Thief Job Instructor' NPC at the 'Construction Site North of Kerning City' does not reward the player with 'The Proof of a Hero' upon completing the 2nd job advancement quest. I have heard from multiple people that they were coping with this problem.
IIRC, none of the 2nd job advancements give you the proof of a hero (although they theoretically should) but mostly they still work. Are thieves finding a problem with advancing because there is no proof of hero?
