Should I bother scrolling a 3 att cape that only has 3 slots? If not would it be worth my time to scroll the cape for luk? Or keep the slots for the value they hold?
Don't chaos that cape. It's potential attack is very low. You could scroll it with a stat scroll if you want if it'll be useful to you. But yeah, the resale value isn't good. I'd personally consider its value at a 4 att 0 slot PGC, considering it does have slots but almost no one would want to chaos it.
