So I've been running a whole bunch of OPQ lately and I realized there's 3 bugs that should be resolved. 1. The platform for Goddess Piece 2 is invisible. There is a seperate platform seperate from the center section (It's disconnected), but the layering hides the platform. 2. (I didn't get a screenshot of this) If players don't pick up the piece they will be locked out of certain rooms. Other rooms will allow players to revisit as long as they haven't gotten the piece. This will soft lock players, but it's not every room. So it seems the check for if piece has been collected isn't working correctly. I didn't want to soft lock every room, but this does happen for the first 2 rooms iirc at least and maybe more. 3. The leader of an OPQ will load into the bonus room twice, this gives them about a 1 second delay in looting the room. Video of what I'm talking about can be seen here
I know this is bug report and not discussion, but 90% of the players don't even move during bonus stage, I don't think 1 second delay makes any difference For reference I ran opq over 30 times this year
The bonus room itself is also buggy. Sometimes the boxes have nothing but two coins in them, which is definitely not intentional (there should be old videos of prebb MS opq bonus out there somewhere...)
I don't think 1. 2. really are bugs 1. is originally designed so in old MS and there's no graphically bugged hiding platform 2. I would assume the stage rooms are locked after the party has "Clear"-ed the stage. Differing from later stages where npc will give you the etc at the same time you clear the stage, in first 2 stages there's an extra phase that players need to break the box for themselves to get the etc. The last stage is also box-etc pattern but the box is so noticeable(not like puzzle stage) and the npc is so far from the leaving portal(not like the mini-JQs stage) so people hardly miss out this etc. Some change could be made to actually check if etc is in players inventory but extra logic must be implemented for sure.
