IGN: LordExin Problem: ~300+ AP resets disappeared from the cash shop storage. Details: This happened March 21, 2021 18:00 - 19:00 server time, shortly after trading ~100 AP resets to my alt via the Jess character on the same account as LordExin. I went back into the cash shop to pull more out, and ~300 were gone. I went ahead and pulled what remained out of the cash shop because I was worried others may be deleted as well. Shortly before this, I deposited ~300 AP resets into the cash shop from my Jess character, so hopefully you can see this in the logs. I started with around ~660 AP resets total I think before all of this. Numbers are hard to recall as I wasn't anticipating any of this, but hopefully your logs have all the details. (The reason I say "Jess character" is that the character is pending a name change, so I don't want to cause confusion. Both before and after name change will contain "Jess")
