    after i kill the boss and i head back to Dances with Balrog with Dark Charm. why i can't exchange my Dark Charm for necklace of wisdom? :(( he say " alright. take this to Tyrus." but my black charm is still there and no necklace in my etc.

    That's normal. Go talk to Tylus and he will tell you to go to the snowfield and do the question part for the necklace.
