Not Bug 3rd job instructor wont give me option to start advancement.

    hi my cleric (photograph) is level 70 now, i went to chief's residence to speak with my 3rd job lady and she keeps telling me "your time has yet to come..."

    i believe i am doing everything correctly by going straight to her when i become 70.
    not sure where i am even suppose to post this type of thing so move thread if need be.
