Hey, so I got my sin to 70 and I was on my merry way to get my 3rd job advancement until I ran into a problem after I killed dark lord's clone, got the black charm and delivered it to the real dark lord he did give me the necklace of strength but when I got to Arec in El nath he told me I didn't have it. There would be one issue where if you skip to read the chat, like hitting escape, it would not advance the quest, your best bet is to go and and kill the Dark Lord clone again.
