Today, I have reached lvl 70. I went to Ellinia to speak with Grendel and I did one of the quest in Leafre. I finished that and I got nothing back from Grendel. He didnt give me anything else to help me advance to my 3rd Job. So I went to El Nath to talk to the magician instructor, she didn't say anything or give me a quest. What am i supposed to do?
You didn't have to do the Leafre quest, IIRC. You go to El Nath, talk to the Magician job instructor, then go back to Grendel where he'll tell you to go to the door of dimension and give you an item. You go to the door of dimension for mages and kill the Grendel Clone. You then go to Grendel again and talk to him then go back to El Nath, where you talk to your job Instructor. Go to the holy field thing and go to the Black Crystal statue (make sure you have the black crystal which can be crafted from 10 black crystal ores). It'll ask you a question about Matt's favorite food, and the answer is pizza. Go back to your job instructor and you should job advance.
