The job advancement itself only gives 3 SP, regardless of your level. I am fairly certain you assigned the SP you gained when you leveled from 120 to 121 on a 3rd job (or earlier) skill instead of holding on to them until job advancement. We'd need screenshots to do the math for you.
Uhhhhh.... maybe? I would assume you'd need a SP Reset for 4th job based on the descriptions but I don't know for sure. The description says "The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd job SP raised AFTER the 4th job adv. can also be reset and applied to a 3rd job skill." That part in red seems to be a typo (shouldn't it be 4th?) based on the descriptions of the other SP resets but I have never used them this way so I don't know for sure. I'll let someone with experience on the matter confirm.
