So I was doing the quest where you have to get the heroic pentagon and star and instead of killing manon/griff, I decided to use the secret spell scroll. I gave the scroll to Tatamo in Leafre and he took the scroll but didn't give me the items in return. My etc inventory was not full at the time so I'm pretty sure this is a bug.
