Fixed 4th job lvl cap goes from 30 to 20 when 20 book is used

    I passed paralyze 20 after passing paralyze 30 and my skill cap went back to 20. It happened to me twice...

    I can confirm this. I used AR10 after having AR20 passed with 17 points and mastery went back down to 10.

    Also, why'd you do it twice? o.o

    I get lots of 20s from newts so I just pass them instead of dropping. Same with Elquines.

    The first time I passed para 30, I only had my skill half maxed. I then passed a few 20s and got confused that my max was 20, so I thought I bought a para 20 by accident. I bought another para 30 for 25mil, got the skill to lvl 29, passed a 20 and now I can't max it. :C

    I think we need to put some kind of check on Mastery Books and level 10 4th job skills that will prevent the skill/book from doing anything if the skill master level >= x, where x = the relevant skill master level.
