Not Bug 4th job secret spell exchange from tatamo quest doesnt show up

    i am a lvl 120 dk doing the job advancement and after accepting the quest for the heroic star/pentagon, chief tatamo's quest for exchanging the secret spell scroll doesnt show up. I even relogged, forfeited/accepted quest, put the secret spell in storage and nothing worked.
