(7/16/13) Lost Items in Shop!!

    So about 15 minutes ago, so 1:45AM PST, I was on my "Fire" assassin setting up my merch, when my Mac froze up and I was no longer able to add things into the store.

    Soon after the frozen screen, I DC'd, I came back on to see my items gone from my inventory, when I checked Frederick, it was not there.

    The only item that was of worth to me in the store was my 8ATT Workglove, so if I could get reimbursed for that, I will be satisfied.

    Matt let me know if you have any questions, as to verify my disconnection and loss of items.

    Chelsea, I've PM'd you twice, but I don't think they went through. I checked my Inbox-Sent Messages and it says that I've sent nothing out..lol, can you confirm whether or not you've received any PM from me?

    Ah, she as on later last night, when you were also on. Maybe she did not check her PM's here. She should be online again in about 1 hour I think.

    Also about your PM Sentbox, check your Private messaging options here

    It's probably set as not to save a copy to your sentbox. You can also choose to receive emails when somebody sends you a PM or have a pop up msg box etc...

    It is set to save all sent messages, strange, in any case, I won't be on until late tonight, if that. No rush, I'll wait for Chelsea to reply here, as to not spam her inbox if I did already send PMs.

    Chelsea, if you see this, I will be on tonight around Midnight PST (So, technically 7/18 morning) for just a bit, as well as tomorrow around Midnight PST (7/19 Midnight). If you'll be on either of those times, let me know, otherwise we can figure something out. Thanks :)!

    Hey the same exact thing just happened to me! I was mainly putting scrolls in my shop so I can't remember exactly what I lost, but would it be possible to get back the Overall dex 30s and shield attack 70s that I lost? I think I had 4 Overall dex and 2 shield attacks.
