    Hi,

    I've been killling Lycanthropes for a few good hours now and still didn't get Frozen Heart for the "Blizzard" quest.
    Guildies are saying it shouldn't take more than 30 min to get it but I've been here for merely 3-4 hours.
    Is this normal or a bug?

    Which guide are you referring to? You mean Frozen Book of Ice?
