Say I have 90 base dex, but my shoes/gloves/overall/weap all require 100 dex. So, I equip a 10 dex cape and equip all my gears above. Due to dex provided in the lv.100 equipment, I now have 110+ dex. Can I remove my 10 dex cape to wear an atk cape, while my total dex is now 100 with all my gears equipped? Or must my dex BEFORE the gears be 100? Hope my question is clear. I tried to google but couldn't find an answer for this.
