So basically, I wanna know how much HP i should wash in order to take on HT without the help of a DrK, which means without HB.

I'm lv110 crusader rn, but i've only used a little more than 40int to gain mp and i don't think it's enough by the time i hit 155. Any advice?

I have 7503hp and 933mp as of now at level 110.

Strongly considering on restarting my character from scratch.

Heroes don't need to HP wash at all. You only need like 9k hp to survive HT and you should have more than that in 45 levels.

Thing is, the touch damage of HT is kinda lethal and i don't really wanna risk that. Also, preping for a possible post-source pink bean would be good isn't it o_o

??? Nothing hits for over 9k. Heroes do not require HB for HT ever. Pink bean is not confirmed though and will require multiple parties + HB. There is no way that Pink Bean will done without hb so it doesn't really matter. If you're talking about the tail touch damage, which is 30k, there is literally no reason you should ever be near it when it is alive. Only reason would be if you were sed mule which I doubt you'll be because it usually is relegated to the character with the most HP. Even if you were sed mule, you could just get hero's will and break any seduce before walking into the tail. The only other parts that do a significant amount of dmg upon touch is the preheads, but again you shouldn't be touching them in the first place. There is literally nothing that you have to tank that you can't do with 9k HP. Heroes don't attack while tanking body parts. They're closer to the body than the ranged chars, but that's it. The requirements are the same.

@anewhope is a hero that HTs a lot and has not done any washing at all. Living proof that HP washing is not required to HT for heroes.

You'll have about 11,5k HP at 155 unwashed. Aim for something like 19k if you feel you should wash. This will take about 150 washes in total or 750 extra washable MP.

I would only restart if you are going for 30k HP clean or something.

Okay that's quite elaborate. Now i'm convinced not to hp wash LOL. Or maybe just a little for an easier time at bossing. Thanks jeen.

Well i think it's fine i'm just gonna wash it as it is.

I agree with @Matty and what you're planning on doing. Do it with what you have to supplement your HP, but there is no reason to go out of your way to try and hit a large number. More HP is always nicer, but it isn't necessary by any means! ^^

I personally do think you might want to wash a little bit (with what you have) to about 12.5k-13k so that you can tank bigfoot around 13x. Reason why it's necessary to have this hp if you're not ranged is because he doesn't get knock backed all the time so you end up having to tank him. Although power guard should help a little, it lasts so short that I tend to forget or don't recast it because of iframes. I don't believe you'll have achilles at that level either so I do recommend a little by then ^^

In my opinion, I'd just restart and make out 30k HP. You can keep your current Hero in the making for money making purposes, but Heroes are the easiest class to wash and benefit nearly the most from having that much HP. There's really not much excuse to max out your HP.

It's really one of the best investments you can do. You can spend that 4b on upgrading your range minimally or you can ensure higher survivability during bosses.
