As stated in the title above, that quest is currently not working as of today (20th Sept 2016). Even though this bug has been already moved to the 'CLOSED BUG' section. It clearly seems that it's still broken. So hence, I am reporting it again. Hoping that it will actually be fixed. I am unable to open the drawer to get the Queen's Ring.
