I know that in the original ms you had to get 20 cakes in hpq and give it to "Tory" but now i get the level 30 hat, and not the level 15 hat (which gives you +4 for each stat) Is it available to get somehow?? Any kind of help is highly appreciated, Thanks in advance. (IGN: SeloTapeTM)
