    So, for a few days, an incredibly annoying NPC of some sort has popped up in the Maple world. It reports pretty much everyone for no reason at all - and has even managed to ban other players for seemingly nothing; not to mention it's being extremely rude and nonsensical towards everyone and no one. And so, in the interest of a bugfree MapleRoyals and a pestfree MapleRoyals community - I decided to create this bug report.

    Please; someone, anyone - maybe a GM - fix this bug!
