I am a bowmaster. After 4th job advance, I should have hamstring shoot and bow expert automatic and don't need to do any quest. But my these two skills' max lv are 0, and I can't increase these two skills' lv. May I ask is it a bug? Or anything I skip to do?
i have the same thing with my bishop i got 3 skills but all lv 0 and can't raise them. only those i got from quests i was able to lv up
