For any class, the general rule is go 'pure'. so for hunters, full dex, for assassins, full luk. (Apart from the 25 dex needed to advance). Hunters are by far superior at mobbing, assassins win at bossing if they have se. Also, hp washing is advisable to do with both classes, it just makes bossing easier and you don't need hb for it.
If this is your first time in Royals, i would suggest building a bishop for funding first. Sorry if this answer sounds too mainstream/boring, but that is one of the easiest ways starting your royals life Edit: If you don't plan to hp wash, you can disregard the above
