    Problem: When I try to log in(my ID login and password are correct), it says that my ID is already logged or the sever is under inspection.
    Detail: The last time that I played the game was last night. My computer stuck. From then on, I can't log in successfully anymore.

    Because you can disconnect your character from the website at the moment you'll have to get in contact with one of the game masters. You can try to tag them in this forum or private message them.

    GMs cannot disconnect stuck players currently, only an SC can.
